Tom Hollylee

Tom was first introduced to Guitar by his father at the age of 7 years. His interest blossomed immediately and before long he began taking lessons, which led to him playing in various local bands, busking in London and then embarking on achieving his graded exams. Tom’s passion for learning to play the guitar inspired him to learn another instrument, drums, which he also sought tuition for.

After Secondary school Tom enrolled onto the HCM Full-time Diploma Course, where his skills were nurtured and he was encouraged to take his playing to the next level. Once finishing the Diploma Course with HCM, Tom went on to teach guitar within independent companies and also privately. Then in January 2017 he began teaching at HCM, the place that his love for Music truly developed.

Tom teaches Guitar and Drum lessons at HCM Academy for students aged 7 Years +. He tutors beginner and practised musicians alike, in either Group or 1-2-1 lessons.

Tom prides himself in inspiring his students to develop their own passion for learning to play their instrument, he does this by initially identifying the students favourite Artists and showing them exactly how their idols started off in the music industry.  Tom also teaches his students how to cultivate their own style and flare. Tom offers graded tuition from recognised exam boards, as well as HAVING FUN whilst learning to play. Tom believes that the best way to make a performer, is to provide a stage for the budding musician to perform on, which HCM can offer through end of term concerts/gigs.
