FAQs

  • What happens if I miss a Lesson?

In the event of a tutor absence, we aim to provide a substitute tutor or reschedule the missed lesson. If neither of these options are viable, the lesson will be credited. Any lessons missed through no fault of HCM will be forfeited.

  • Do you offer exams?

All of our tutors at HCM are experienced in teaching exam syllabi from the well established exam boards; ABRSM, Trinity London and RSL. In addition to teaching from these exam syllabi, we are happy to take care of the exam booking for you or guide you through the process. We are also proud to be an exam centre for Trinity London and RSL, which means you can take your exam in a familiar and comfortable setting.
