Music lessons for kids – Mini Musicians is a fun and exciting class for children aged 4 and 5 years, designed as an interactive introduction of the basics of music.
These fun and interactive music lessons for kids are held every Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon at HCM Music Academy and allow children aged 4 and 5 to explore the exciting world of music.
Mini Musician classes are charged £14 per student, per 30 minute session, in a group of up to 5 students.
All lessons take place at HCM Music Academy in Ware.

This class gives children the opportunity to come together to explore different musical activities in a fun and exciting way. There is a varied programme each week which covers singing, movement, story telling and many different games and activities. Children develop their understanding of pulse, rhythm and pitch as well as exploring the sounds of percussion instruments and being introduced to the piano. The class is always guaranteed to be lots and lots of fun!
‘Mini Musicians’ encourages stronger communication skills and builds confidence, as well as stimulating creativity. The class is a perfect mix of learning and performing, and has been designed to give younger students a good grounding of the basics of music, along with the aspiration to progress to learning a musical instrument as they grow older.

The main goal of ‘Mini Musicians’ is to be fun, exciting and inspiring. By taking part in musical activities with other children, such as action songs, singing games and listening exercises, your child will develop a basic understanding of musical concepts including pitch, melody & rhythm patterns. They’ll also be introduced to instruments including the piano and various members of the percussion family, and will take part regularly in singing.
