HCM Tutors
At HCM Music College, not only are our tutors qualified and inspiring educators, but each one has an impressive past career in the music industry… and is still very active in it today too!
We only select the best tutors here at HCM Music College. Not only are they qualified in education and well versed in the ways people of all ages learn, they’re also passionate about music… and really know what they’re talking about.
We know this, because we only employ tutors who’ve had a successful history in the music industry, and continue to push musical boundaries today.
We encourage our tutors to have their own musical projects outside of HCM Music Academy, because this is what makes them great music teachers. Every day they eagerly pass on their expert technical skills and first-hand knowledge of the music business to our students, helping to produce amazing and ‘industry ready’ musicians . They live and breathe music, which means they’re well-connected to the music industry… and happy to connect our students to it too.
Across their careers, our music tutors have done some amazing things, like touring the UK and Europe, and performing with artists including Eric Clapton, Richard Spaven and East 17. They have played in iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Wembley Stadium, The Royal Albert Hall, The Bowery Electric (New York) and The Jazz Cafe.
They have taken part in unique performances at the BBC, Glastonbury Festival, Sofar Sounds, Hamburg Pride, Cambridge Jazz Festival and Standon Calling Festival.

His expertise as a performer, arranger, composer, and lyricist has led to the creation of five albums’ worth of original material, ranging from pop songs to instrumental pieces.
