Catherine Hamilton
Teaches: Violin and Piano
Catherine holds a Licentiate Diploma in Violin Performance and has played with the Forest Philharmonic Orchestra for more than a decade, giving performances at the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Barbican, St. John’s Smith Square, and St. Alban’s Abbey.
In addition to the violin, Catherine teaches piano and music theory and has more than 15 years of experience, both privately and in schools. She has successfully helped prepare students for GCSE, A-Level, and Music Scholarship performances. Throughout her teaching career, she has maintained an extremely high pass rate for all her students. She welcomes all ages and abilities and is always open to teaching any pieces of music her students show a keen interest in playing.
