Ruth has obtained a wealth of experience in teaching from both a primary school setting, as well as a music tutor. The knowledge Ruth has acquired over time has lead her to develop a particularly strong skill in delivering fun and creative lessons which act as a great aid to engage students in learning.
Having achieved ABRSM Grade 8 in both piano and clarinet, Ruth continued to enjoy playing in ochestras and attained her BA (Hons) degree from Bangor University. Since obtaining her degree, Ruth has continued to play for enjoyment and now loves to share her musical knowledge with others through teaching.
Our group and one-to-one sessions for budding young pianists are relaxed and structured to develop musicals skills and aim to engender a lifelong love for playing and participating in music.
